Employers

The National Black Women’s Creative Cooperative is a worker-owned cooperative and mutual aid network of Black women creatives who support one another to work independently and in corporations and non-profits organizations throughout the creative, entertainment, and culture sectors.

Employers, corporations, and organizations who are seeking to engage a dynamic group of Black women may share your opportunities here with an exclusive and illustrious pool of independent creators and Black Women Business owners.

Finding environments that are supportive and prioritize retaining Black women’s leadership is rare. We got our women’s back by removing the barriers that often keep Black women creatives in oppressive and toxic work environments and support our creative businesses to thrive.

If your organization has a role or needs the expertise of our community, seek no further. We often hear companies state finding Black Women Leadership is hard, well…We got you!

You may begin by posting an opportunity (Career opportunity, gig post, audition or request for proposal, invitation to job fair, or other exclusive opportunities) to our job board by clicking the job board link below.
